Terms of Service

1. What Clawback Does

Clawback is an AI-powered service that helps consumers generate formal government complaint documents, demand letters, and filing guides. We are not a law firm, and our service does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client privilege. We provide document generation and, for Full Service customers, complaint filing and tracking assistance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Clawback. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have a legitimate consumer complaint.

3. Our Services

Self-File ($5.99): We generate three documents (formal complaint, demand letter, filing guide) based on the information you provide. You are responsible for filing the complaint and sending the demand letter yourself.

Full Service ($19.99): We generate the documents and file the complaint with the appropriate government agency on your behalf. We track the response and assist with negotiation. Filing timelines depend on the agency and are outside our control.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While government agencies have high company response rates, Clawback does not guarantee any specific outcome, refund, resolution, or monetary recovery. Response rates and statistics cited on our platform are based on publicly available government data and are provided for informational purposes. Every case is different.

5. AI-Generated Content

Documents generated by Clawback are created using artificial intelligence. While we design our prompts to produce accurate, professional complaint documents, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review all documents before filing or sending them. You are ultimately responsible for any documents you submit to government agencies or companies.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are one-time charges per complaint. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to generate your documents. Once documents have been generated and delivered, the service is considered complete.

7. Your Data

The information you provide is used to generate your complaint documents and, for Full Service customers, to file complaints on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide truthful information in your complaints. Filing a knowingly false government complaint may violate federal or state law. Clawback is not responsible for any consequences of filing a complaint based on information you provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clawback's total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clawback after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
